Know Before You Go

Find answers to some frequently asked questions that will help you make the most of your stay.

We love that you want the fun to start as soon as possible! We will try our best to accommodate our requests for early check in but cannot guarantee check in before 4pm. If you arrive early and your room is ready, we’ll be happy to check you in! If it’s not, check out all the fun we have to offer while our housekeepers finish preparing your room. Our front desk is staffed 24/7 and will be happy to assist you with late check in – no advance notice required.

If you need extra time, please contact our front desk, and we may be able to accommodate your late check-out request for a fee based on availability.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age in order to book a room at the hotel. A valid ID must be presented at check in to receive your room.

No deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that a credit card is required at the time of check-in and a $50 pre-authorization will be charged to your card. Please see below for our cancellation policy.

24-hour cancellation is required to avoid any booking charges. Special events and holidays may require deposit and extended cancellation; check terms and conditions upon booking and give our staff a call.

Have a favorite character? Please let us know when you make your reservation and we will do our very best to honor your request. Please note that character room types cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that our Housekeeping staff have taken extra measures to ensure your room has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival; Pool towels have been placed in your room for your swimming convenience. Our Housekeeping staff will NOT be providing regular stay-over service for any in-house guests except by request only, so that minimal contact is able to be achieved for your health and safety. Please communicate with the Front Desk upon arrival should you require any additional bedding, towels, or room amenities.

We offer accessible rooms with roll-in showers; simply make your request during reservations or choose our accessible room type when booking online.

We do not allow pets in our hotel. (We get it: Jake’s a dog. He’s the exception!) Service animals are welcome.

We are a 100% smoke free property in all of our guest rooms and public areas. Designated smoking areas are available on site. Our team is happy to direct you to areas where smoking is permitted throughout your stay.

Internet access is life, so we’ve installed a hot spot in every room. You’re welcome!

Our guest laundry is located between buildings 1 and 2. It includes two coin-operated washers and dryers, a microwave station, vending and ice machines. You may also purchase laundry soap from the dispenser.

Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in our hotel. Additional prohibited items includes anything which is inherently dangerous to persons or property, which could be used as a weapon or which could foreseeably cause harm, including without limitation, fireworks, explosives or detonation devices of any kind, ammunition, hazardous chemicals or other substances, including acids or other items which appear suspicious to Park personnel. To avoid confusion, guests are not permitted to dress as our characters. If you want to show some Cartoon Network love, visit our Cartoon Network retail store for an exclusive collection of themed merchandise and apparel!

We offer a 5% discount for AAA members. Please present your AAA card upon check-in.

Lancaster offers many great local attractions! Visit Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park, located just next door to the hotel, or find more great family fun on Discover Lancaster’s website.

We think it’s awesome you want to be close to your friends and family! We do our best to accommodate connecting rooms, but cannot guarantee them. Please make your request when booking your reservation and we will do our best to honor it. You can always stay connected with our free WiFi!

Don’t even get us started about how much we love birthdays! We offer exciting enhancement packages to add into your room, to help you and your homies celebrate your special days!

Yes! Our menus include many allergy-friendly offerings including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy free items. Please note we cannot guarantee that our food items are free of allergens such as trace amounts of nuts, wheat, dairy, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, or sesame seeds. Please consult a manager on the day of your visit with any concerns.

Cartoon Network Characters will be Cartoon-ing around in the main lobby and around the Hotel grounds occasionally throughout the day.

Dutch Wonderland is a short walk away! From the hotel, just follow the sidewalk west to Dutch Wonderland, just next door.

The Cartoon Network Hotel's four Dream Suites are all located on the upper level of the main building. All other guest rooms are exterior-entry rooms easily accessible from the parking area. Please see our hotel map for a full layout of the property.

Grills, fire pits, outdoor appliances, and portable indoor kitchen appliances are not permitted on property or to be used while staying at the Cartoon Network Hotel.
