Check in is 4pm. Check out 11am.

24-hour cancellation is required for a refund of your deposit. Special events and holidays may require deposit and extended cancellation; check terms and conditions upon booking and give our staff a call.

We offer accessible rooms with roll-in showers; simply make your request during reservations or choose our accessible room type when booking online.

Grills, fire pits, outdoor appliances, and portable indoor kitchen appliances are not permitted on property or to be used while staying at the Cartoon Network Hotel.

We do not allow pets in our hotel. (We get it: Jake’s a dog. He’s the exception!) Service animals are welcome.

Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in our hotel. Additional prohibited items includes anything which is inherently dangerous to persons or property, which could be used as a weapon or which could foreseeably cause harm, including without limitation, fireworks, explosives or detonation devices of any kind, ammunition, hazardous chemicals or other substances, including acids or other items which appear suspicious to Hotel personnel. To avoid confusion, guests are not permitted to dress as our characters.
